Description

An easy, any day of the week treat. Be prepared as this is very filling and can be cut in half to make 2 omelets.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices Cooked Bacon, Broken Into Small Pieces
  • 2 whole Cooked Sausage Patties, Broken Into Small Pieces
  • ⅛ cups Chopped Cooked Onions
  • ⅛ cups Chopped Cooked Green Peppers
  • ⅛ cups Sliced Cooked Mushrooms
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • ⅛ cups Cooked Chopped Ham, I Use Virginia Baked Ham
  • ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Blend Cheese
  • 2 slices Red, Ripe Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Quick Thorough Spray Cooking Spray

Preparation

Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Give skillet time to get hot about 2 minutes.

You’ll need to pre-cook the bacon, sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Once they are cooked, set them aside.

Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl. Spray skillet well with cooking spray. Pour the eggs into prepared skillet.

Shake skillet back and forth for 1 minute so egg mixture settles a bit. Evenly top with bacon and sausage and ham.

When omelet looks uniform and cooked, with a cooking spray covered spatula flip over one side onto the top of the other side. Cook 1 minute and carefully flip over entire omelet and cook 1 or 2 minutes longer.

Move to dinner plate and top with tomato slices. Serve with biscuits and jam. Enjoy!
