David’s Shredded Beef Tacos

Description
Just a bunch of different spices smothering a roast … shredded and later inhaled. Dee-lish.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Beef Angus Roast (or Whatever Cut You Like)
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Diced Onion (yellow Or Sweet)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar, Dark Or Light
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¾ teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (or White)
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 package Corn Tortillas
Preparation
Place the beef in the crock pot and put all the ingredients in around and on top of it. About halfway through the cook time, turn the piece of meat over.
Once it’s finished, shred and garnish with all your best taco fixins’! Heat your corn tortillas so they are pliable and load ‘em up.
Guacamole
Black beans
Cabbage
Cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Black Olives
These are all ingredients that taste divine with these tacos.
