Description

Our go-to chicken wing recipe for big gatherings. They don’t last long!

Ingredients

  • 10 pounds Bag Of Frozen Chicken Wings
  • 1 bottle (16 Oz.) Cheap Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1 bottle (about 5 Oz.) Cheap Hot Sauce
  • 1 stick Butter Or Margarine

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

Melt a stick of butter in a large bowl, then add the whole bottle of Italian dressing and about half of the hot sauce.

Spray your pans (with sides) with Pam. (For a 10-pound bag, you’re going to need a couple of pans.)

Dunk the frozen wings into the butter/sauce mixture about 6 at a time. Repeat until you’ve dunked all of the wings.

Transfer coated wings to the prepared baking pans. Don’t overlap wings too much or they won’t get crispy!

Bake the wings for about 45 minutes. Add more hot sauce and turn over the wings, then bake for another 30 minutes. Watch the wings towards the end to make sure they don’t burn. Adjust the amount of hot sauce you use to your own taste.

Sometimes I’ll turn on the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes at the end to get them nice and crispy. (Whenever you use a broiler, watch carefully so that your food doesn’t burn.)

I made these for my husband’s “favorite foods” birthday party and the guys devoured 20 pounds of these bad boys!
