Description

Easy way to switch up your grilled steak routine by adding some Thai flavors and a little kick!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 pound Boneless Beef Steak, Such As Rib-eye, Strip, Or Flank Steak

Preparation

1. Whisk together all of the ingredients except the steak in a medium bowl. Add the steak and set aside for 30-45 minutes, turning occasionally.

2. Meanwhile, set your grill to high heat (or use your oven at 450 F). Once hot, remove steak from the marinade and put it onto the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until it is caramelized, brown and done to your liking. If preparing in the oven, cook in a lightly greased roasting rack over a drip pan. Remove it from the grill onto a platter.

3. Let steak rest for 5 minutes, then carve against the grain into thick strips. Serve with Sweet & Spicy Thai Relish (see my TastyKitchen recipe box for this recipe).
