Description

A crunchy crust gives way to a sweet, tangy, juicy chicken breast—like a pre-dipped chicken finger!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 4  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 2 Tablespoons Good Quality Honey Mustard (I Used Woeblers)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Butter

Preparation

Place bread crumbs, corn flakes, Parmesan, and seasonings in a large shallow bowl and stir. Brush chicken breasts with mustard then roll in crumb mixture until well coated.

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until no pink remains and juices run clear.
