Quick and easy chicken parmesan with a twist (croutons).
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place olive oil and garlic on the bottom of a 9 x13 baking dish. Add red pepper flakes. Add chicken breasts in a single layer.
Top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
Add half the mozzarella and half the parmesan cheese. Layer with croutons. Top with remaining cheeses.
Bake for 40 minutes.
