A great tasting chicken dish with only 3 ingredients (plus salt and pepper). It’s quick and very tasty.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, then place it in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until juices run clear, about 5-7 minutes. Shred chicken and mix it with the cream cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls, keeping 2 together at a time (so you’ll have 4 squares of dough). Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each square of crescent roll dough, and roll up the dough. Place the rolls seam down on a baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for the time indicated on the crescent roll dough package (about 11-13 minutes).
