Combine the ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, tapioca, allspice, and mustard in the crockpot insert and stir to combine.
Carefully stir the meatballs and pineapple into the ketchup mixture.
Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours. Stir before serving.
Serve over cooked rice. Nom, nom, nom.
