Put chicken, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spices in the crockpot. Put on high for 4-6 hours, depending on your crockpot.
Once the chicken is cooked, slice the chicken. Put chicken slices and some of the onion/tomato on a tortilla. Garnish with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, or whatever else you like on your tacos.
Eat it up! Yum!
