Description

A creamy pasta dish that you’ll want to make again and again!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Sausage, Sliced 1/2 Inch Thick (Turkey Or Your Favorite)
  • 1-½ cup Onion, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cups Milk Or Heavy Cream
  • 8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage and onion and cook until onions soften, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk (or heavy cream), noodles, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until noodles are tender.

Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.

This was super easy and delicous to make! I was able to make it gluten free without a problem. My husband is in love with this dish! Clean up was so easy too. Perfect meal to add to my cookbook. Thanks!
