Spicy sausage in a cream sauce with tomatoes and green chiles.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic, onion, red pepper flakes and mix for 1 minute. Add in ground sausage and cook for approximately 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
In a small dish blend salt and cornstarch, add to skillet and mix with meat.
In a medium bowl mix Rotel and heavy whipping cream, pour into skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cooked pasta, and let stand for 10 minutes to thicken, stirring occasionally. Serve with fresh grated Parmesan.

Oh, yum! I made this with chopped up smoked sausage, and it was divine! Nice spiciness to it.

I made this for my family a few nights ago and everyone LOVED it! Very delicious as leftovers the next day, too!

Had some left over sausage I needed to get rid of, so I made this for dinner. Turned out fantastic! My husband loved it, and we’ll definitely be making it again. I actually put in an extra can of tomatoes, and it still tasted wonderful. Thanks so much for an easy yummy dinner!

I made this last night with Venison instead of the ground sausage and it was delish! I also added some mushrooms when I added the cream to the mixture. SO GOOD! Yesterday was my boyfriends first day of work, so I wanted to cook him something really good and this did the trick! It also came together really fast! Thanks for sharing!
