This was good (the smell sort of reminded me of pizza when it was cooking). We put in a hot sausage so overall it was a bit spicy, but we didn’t mind it. If you would like something less spicy I would lighten up the crushed red pepper and get a mild sausage. My husband loved it, which was enough for me because he’s a pretty picky eater! We served this with caesar salad and a plain toast/bread. Saving this recipe for future reference.

This was very tasty and easy to prepare! I had to substitute the bay leaf with thyme and reduced the qty. of the red pepper. Definitely cooking this recipe in the future!
