Description

This recipe is my favorite way to eat salmon. Roasting the salmon with the creme fraiche makes fish perfectly moist and flaky.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Salmon Fillets, 8 Oz. Size
  • 8 ounces, fluid Crème Fraîche
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
  • 2 teaspoons Capers, Drained
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Plus Additional To Season Salmon
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper, Plus Additional To Season Salmon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and arange the 4 salmon fillets skin side down. Sprinkle the tops of the fillets with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine creme fraiche, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, shallots, capers, salt and pepper.

Spoon the sauce over the fish and make sure to completely cover the fish with the sauce.

Bake for 10-15 mintes and serve with a delicious salad. Enjoy!

I’ve made a similar dish to this but I made it with tilapia. Such and easy way to fancy up fish!
