oh my lord this was fantastic. I was a little nervous since they were such basic ingredients but MAGIC happened in that crock pot. It was a nice alternative to the traditional Alfredo and Red Sauce.

I had put this recipe in my recipe box, but hadn't tried it yet. I went looking for a crock pot recipe as it's been so hot and didn't want to heat up my kitchen.

It was easy and delicious. The chicken was tender and had a nice flavor. The sauce was yummy too, I served it with some linguine. My husband really liked it as well, so it will go into my regular rotation of recipes.

Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Super simple to make and delicious! I served this over rice instead of noodles and it was still yummy. I also served a side of broccoli and the sauce was so good over the broccoli.

This is a delicious recipe! I have made this recipe many times and it's a hit every time! When we have company, I double the sauce ingrediants - everyone that has had it loves it.

I got this recipe several years ago from Taste of Home and they served it over rice. Either way, it's going to be good. It has always been a big hit! For a little variation, try replacing the water with white wine. It is fabulous!!

I make this but my recipe calls for the chive and onion soft cream cheese and Golden Mushroom soup. It also calls for a cup of dry white wine, which makes the sauce awesome!!

I made this last night after reading the recipe and thinking how yummy this looked, and how easy.

I did a few things slightly different.

I cooked it on high in the slow cooker to help reduce the cooking time from 4 hours. I took closer to 3 - 31/2 to be completely done.

I also doubled the recipe for the sauce, and ended up using the family size (26 oz) can of the cream of chicken soup.

And because the store only seems to sell chicken breasts in packages of 3, I had 6 breasts instead of 4, but there was plenty of sauce to go around.

The verdict: The recipe had great flavor, was super easy to do, and it is a keeper. Thanks!
