This is one of my favorite dishes now. I make it about once a week. It’s just delicious and the onions just make the whole thing! They’re my favorite part! YUMMY! Thanks for sharing this!

Really easy and tasty. I added bag of frozen peas / carrots / green beans so I didn’t have to make a separate veggie side dish.
