Description

Perfect for a fancy dinner at home with someone special.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE MUSHROOMS:
  • 1 cup Canned Crab Meat
  • ½ cups Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • ½ cups Green Onions, Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 pinch House Seasoning, To Taste (recipe Follows Instructions)
  • 2 whole Portobello Mushroom Caps
  • ½ cups Bread Crumbs
  • FOR THE HOUSE SEASONINGS:
  • 1 cup Salt
  • ¼ cups Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Garlic Powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine crab, cream cheese, parsley, green onions, and Parmesan cheese. Season with house seasoning, to taste.

Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and top with bread crumbs. Spray tops with cooking spray. Transfer to a shallow baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until filling is hot and melted.

House seasoning:

Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
