Description

The addition of applewood smoked sea salt really adds an extra punch of flavor to this ceviche. Great for a light snack or can be made into a meal. It’s great served with your favorite hot sauce and tostados.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Imitation Crab Meat, Shredded
  • 16 ounces, weight Shrimp (ready To Use, Deveined)
  • 1 whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1-½ teaspoon Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons White Pepper
  • 8 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 2 whole Avocados, Peeled, Seed Removed And Diced
  • Your Favorite Hot Sauce (e.g. Valentinas)
  • 1 bag 14 Oz Bag Tostados, To Serve

Preparation

Shred crab meat in a bowl. Add shrimp, chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic powder, both salts, and white pepper and combine. Pour the juice of limes over the mixture evenly. Mix thoroughly.

Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Before serving, dice avocado and add to the mixture. Serve with your favorite hot sauce and tostados.
