Rigatoni pasta served over creamy tomato vodka sauce with ground pork.
1. Cook Noodles according to package directions.
2. Pour can of whole tomatoes in a large skilled and mash.
3. Add tomato sauce, paste, spices, whipping cream and butter.
4. Cook over medium heat and stir until mixed evenly.
5. Add vodka to sauce.
6. Slowly add cheeses, stirring continuously
7. Heat to a boil.
8. Reduce heat and simmer.
8. Cook and ground pork in a frying pan, drain and add to sauce.
9. Serve over cooked rigatoni noodles.
