This is the easiest and possibly tastiest chicken recipe I have on hand.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Crush up the chips into medium-small crumbs and set aside. Melt the butter over low heat in a shallow pan.
Coat each chicken breast with butter and then roll in the chip crumbs.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is done all the way through.
This is best served with plain rice so that when the butter-covered chips fall off the chicken, you can mix it all together.
