Super quick and easy chicken with broccoli.
Cook rice to directions on the package.
Cook chicken in a large skillet; add garlic and ginger.
When chicken is about halfway done, add soy sauce to the skillet (I used probably about 5-7 shakes).
When chicken is completely cooked, add broccoli florets, stir fry sauce, and Szechuan sauce to the skillet.
Cook broccoli until desired tenderness.
Serve on rice.
