This was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Best cashew chicken I’ve ever had, even from Chinese restaurants. It was a mild pain to change/calculate the recipe to accommodate 1 lb. of chicken (rather than 4 oz.), but I’ve got it written down and it will be very easy for future use. Wonderful find!
