Description

This is a very easy chicken recipe you can make for 4 people or for 20 easily!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Orange Juice
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 4  Bone-In Skin Chicken Thighs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ketchup together in a bowl with a whisk. (It may take 2-5 minutes to get the honey incorporated into it so if it is not coming together right away, don’t worry.) On a cookie sheet, place the chicken thighs evenly and pour all the sauce over the chicken. Place in the oven and baste every 10 minutes. You will also want to check the temperature to make sure it is fully cooked (it should be about 160-170ºF.) Dish up! Oh, and don’t forget to put some sauce on your plate!

Note: you can make this in large batches for larger groups; it’s super easy to make it for large groups. Don’t be freaked out that you’re putting orange juice in the sauce; it is definitely an odd ingredient for this but the chicken turns out amazing!

I tried this on a whim & it turned out great! The orange juice adds a nice touch, but it’s not too orange-y. Thanks for sharing!
