We served this at our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner and it was a hit. Keep in mind to increase the baking time for a crowd.
Pound each chicken breast til flat enough to roll, but not too thin.
Sprinkle each breast with white pepper and garlic salt then place one slice of dried beef and one slice of Swiss cheese on top and roll it up. Wrap one slice of bacon around each roll and place seam side down. Place in a large baking dish .
Combine thoroughly the soup and sour cream and pour over the chicken rolls. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for one hour or til done.
