Combine the spice mixture.
Heat oil in the pressure cooker (placed on the stovetop) on high heat then add all the mentioned spices and sauté for 30-40 seconds. Add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry till onions are translucent. Now add chicken, brown it on both sides, then reduce heat to medium and cook till chicken is almost cooked (10-12 minutes).
Add yogurt and ketchup, mix well to cover the chicken and sauté for another 5-6 minutes.
Now add water, put the pressure-cooker lid on and cook on high (according to your pressure cooker instructions) until 4-5 steam whistles are heard.
After 4-5 whistles, turn off the heat and let the pressure cooker cool.
Once cooled, open the lid, pour the mixture into a serving bowl, drizzle the top with a tablespoon of yogurt and serve hot.
