Everyone in my family loved this one, and I have 3 picky boys. Thanks so much for a great recipe!

This recipe is super easy and quick to put together. Filling too! Just what a tired and poor graduate student likes to make.:) As far as the previous review, I can see what she is saying, but it didn’t really bother me. You can always add some veg-all to mix up the texture and color.

My family asked why I made baby food for dinner!! The flavors were fine, but lacking in texture. It would probably work with a little more sour cream or cream cheese and cayenne or jalapeno’s as a hot dip. Or even as a base for filling a tortilla, but seemed lacking on its own.

This was really good and easy. I think it would make a great meal to take to someone.
