This was really easy and delicious. I didn’t have Bisquick, so I made my own from scratch, and used emeril’s essence instead of the old bay. Everyone REALLY liked it, I’m making it again tonight (a week later!) :)

My boyfriend claims to hate Chicken Pot-Pie… so I told him this was a Chicken “Casserole” and he ate almost half the pan! Sooo good!

Yum! This is so good…I want a second helping but it’s so filling I know I’ll be sorry if I do. I’m looking forward to leftovers and I will definitely be making this again. The only downside it that I managed to dirty a lot of dishes making it, but on the other hand, I got them all washed while it was in the oven. The Old Bay biscuit topping is delish.
