Think of an awesome gyro. Now think of a pizza. Put the two together and you might be in heaven. This pizza will you have you questioning why you have not had this sooner.

This salmon dish is perfect lighter fare for hotter days. I like to serve it with salad greens and charred pita bread to spoon the extra tzatziki on top of. This whole meal comes together before you know it.

A quick pizza casserole bread made from canned biscuits! A great throw-together meal with a big wow factor!
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!

Could this be made without the peanut butter and sesame seeds? My son has a nut allergy. Just leave it out or replace it with something? Looks delicious… always looking for new recipes!

Oh man! I just put this in the slow cooker, so I obviously haven’t tasted it yet – BUT! If it tastes half as good as it smells now, this is going to be a win!! I’m planning to serve it in butter lettuce cups for a low carb option…hope it works.

ecourtney, I’ve never tried it without peanut butter, but I’ve always heard great things about “soy nut” butter and sunflower seed butter. I think those would be interesting to try and am sure they would be fabulous.

esbanks, the lettuce cups are a great idea. I’ll have to try that one.
