Juicy baked chicken Maryland rolls stuffed with cheese and bunching onion.
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
Cut the chicken Marylands in half lengthwise then separate meat from the bones to get fillets. Put the chicken on a cutting board or work surface. Tenderize the fillets by pounding them with a kitchen hammer from both sides.
Combine salt, curry and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl then rub this into the chicken fillets. Put the fillets into the bowl and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
Combine the grated cheese, onion, garlic and egg in a medium sized bowl. That is the filling for our chicken Maryland rolls.
Now we’re going to assemble the rolls: Put a full tablespoon filling on each fillet and roll it up. Place all the rolls tight in a deep roasting tin and cover with the sour cream.
Send the rolls to the oven to cook at 350ºF (180ºC) for an hour.
