Description

Homemade chicken stock and tender chicken chunks make this easy gravy.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Homemade Chicken Stock (Not Canned Broth)
  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch Dissolved In Approximately 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 cubes Chicken Bouillon
  • 1-½ cup Chicken, Fully Cooked, Cubed
  • ½ teaspoons Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • Mashed Potatoes And Biscuits, To Serve

Preparation

Warm stock in a sauce pan. Mix water and cornstarch, stir into chicken stock. Add bouillon cubes. Bring to a simmer and stir until thickened slightly.

Add chicken pieces and pepper and cook over low heat until chicken breaks up a bit and gets nice and hot. Serve over mashed potatoes and biscuits.
