A healthy and easy-to-make pasta.
Start cooking pasta according to package directions.
In a large pan over medium heat, warm oil. Add onion and pepper and sauté.
Once onion and pepper are softened, add minced garlic and chicken. Sprinkle spices onto chicken and vegetables once chicken is almost fully cooked.
Whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch in a bowl and pour over chicken and vegetables.
Once sauce has thickened, chicken is fully cooked, and noodles are done, toss contents of the sauté pan with the noodles and tomato. Top with cheese as desired. Enjoy!
