Fixed this for dinner tonight. Had to try to cut the recipe in half since it was just DD and myself. Used 1 can of chicken soup, 1/2 can of rotel, about 2/3 of a bag of Doritos…and halved the rest of the ingredients. DD loved it which is saying alot because she’s not a fan of new foods.

This is definitely going on our “must have again” list. Thanks Aunt Sarah!

This was delish! I used the spicy doritos and added in a can of kidney beans to bulk it up a little. Hubby and 3 kids ate every last bite!

Very good! I left out the sour cream because my husband hates it, and it was still wonderful!

Great dish. I make it with just plain chips, but yours sounds better.

Nothing keeps you warm like comfort food. Especially mac and cheese.
