An easy yet elegant recipe for a special dinner.
Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness. Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and ham on each piece of chicken, to within 1/4 inch of edges. Fold in half; secure with a toothpick. Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and parsley. Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with rice and green vegetables. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!
