I ordered this at a Tea Room and wanted the recipe, to no avail. So I came home and came up with my version, a close match. I leave out the cranberries that Tea Room added.
Saute onions, celery and carrots in butter until soft. Add undiluted soups and chicken; mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Mix cornbread mix per package instructions and pour on top of chicken mix.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until the cornbread is golden.
Optional ingredient: whole cranberries.
