This is an original recipe of mine that I am releasing to this website in order to promote my new blog Adventures In Lunch. It’s a delicious and hardy pasta, with a nice spicy kick, reminiscent of Buffalo chicken.
Add salt and pepper to the chicken. Cook until juices run clear, about 8 minutes on medium (depending on the size of your chicken cubes). Add chicken stock, cream cheese, hot sauce and dressing. Reduce for about 5 minutes, stirring when needed.
Serve over hot pasta.
