Description

Creamy and delicious and quite impressive. A combination of chicken, garlic and cream cheese with broccoli all wrapped inside buttery crescent rolls. Delightful for family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Diced
  • 20 ounces, weight Frozen Broccoli, Cooked And Drained Well
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3 cans (8 Oz. Can) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • ½ cups Onion, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 6 ounces, weight American Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

Saute onion in a small skillet in butter. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir in chicken and sautéed onion and butter.

Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent rolls, press into the bottom and up the sides of the bundt pan. Turn crescent rolls in opposite directions, pressing seams together. Layer chicken and cream cheese over the crescent rolls, half of the broccoli, then American cheese, remaining broccoli and top with remaining cheese.

Take remaining crescent rolls and place over the chicken and broccoli layers, working to meet the bottom crescent rolls. (You may have a few pieces of crescent rolls left over.) Gently press seams together.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Cool for 3-5 minutes and serve in slices.

Enjoy!

I was looking for some different chicken recipes to try & you have a lot of interesting ones that I want to try. (even some that aren’t chicken, too.)
Thanks!
