Description

A quick, easy, healthy dinner perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 6 whole Chicken Tenders
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ½ cups Chicken Broth
  • ¾ cups Milk
  • ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cups Steamed Broccoli

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour. Shake off excess. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan on medium high heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and juices run clear.

Remove chicken and set aside. Turn heat down to medium. Add chicken broth slowly, stirring. Add milk. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Serve over pasta with chicken and broccoli.

I will defiantly make this again! With 2 boys, a full time job+horses=NO time. Taste-wise, I will spruce it up a little next round. I did add Poultry seasoning and white pepper to the flour and am very glad I did. Overall it’s quick and easy and my boys ate their veggies :-).

pretty good. i wish the sauce was a little bit more creamy. but i will be making this again.
