Description

This is the simple version. I make it with the sauce from scratch also but this is great for a quick dinner for those crazy nights! There are no peppers in this; my pasta had some red in it, that is what you see.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts Cooked And Cubed, Or You Can Use Leftover Chicken Like I Did
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 cups Pasta (any Kind) Cooked

Preparation

Combine the chicken, mushrooms, alfredo sauce, and cheese in a medium sauce pan. Cook on low for 20 minutes, stirring often. Season with pepper. In the meantime, prepare your pasta. Serve chicken with alfredo sauce over your pasta and enjoy! Add your favorite vegetable and crunchy bread—makes a great meal!
