Description

It’s almost too easy to make, but so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 package (about 16 Oz. Package) Pizza Dough Mix
  • ½ jars (15 Oz. Jar) Store-bought Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Bacon Bits/pieces
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then bake for approximately 15–20 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, mix the pizza dough according to package directions and press it out onto the pizza pan. (I like to cover my pan with aluminum foil so I can remove the pizza easily after baking.) Once the chicken is done, bake the pizza crust by itself for about 5 minutes, just to crisp it up a little bit.

Spread the alfredo sauce all over the crust. Chop or shred the chicken and sprinkle it over the sauce, followed by the garlic, bacon, cheeses, and parsley. Bake an additional 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Slice and enjoy!

Delicious. I made my own alfredo using some cream, garlic, butter, parmesan, and a little cream cheese that I had stuck in my refrigerator! I also fried up my own bacon and grated my own cheese! What was I thinking?? But it was wonderful.
