Description

I love French bread pizza. This is a nice alternative to the normal version.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French Baguette Or Any Kind Of Crusty Bread.
  • ½ cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

Slice baguette in half lengthwise. Place halves on a baking sheet. Spread with sauce. Top with and chicken and cheese, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Cut into 2 inch pieces serve.

This sounds great, I think I’ll hide some fresh spinach leaves under the chicken and cheese. Yummy!

I made this for the second time tonight and still love it! I made it even easier by buying a cooked rotisserie chicken. Might have to try it with some spinach next time, that does sound good!

Very good & simple ! Made this tonight and added the layer of fresh spinach (as 4littlefergesons suggested) then combined the shredded chicken,cheese & sauce and seasoning then added more cheese on top! The family loved it!
