Description

This amazing dinner comes together within 10 minutes. Great for those busy nights!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts, Cooked-Cubed Or Shredded
  • 1 pound Pasta, Any Small Shape Will Work
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¾ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese For Garnish

Preparation

You want to make sure to have everything ready before starting your noodles. The noodles take constant attention and it all comes together very quickly so you need to get everything ready beforehand.

Take your broccoli and steam in the microwave until soft. To do this, place in a bowl with 2 Tablespoons of water and cover with plastic wrap. It should take only a few minutes.

Have both your shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese and shredded and cooked chicken out and ready as well. If you don’t have cooked chicken on hand, bake chicken in the oven at 350F for approximately 30 minutes, until juices run clear.

Next we will start the noodles. Put your noodles, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic in a large pan and turn on high to bring to a boil. You will want to stir this often. Once it starts to boil, turn the heat down to low to simmer. Stir constantly from this point.

Once the milk starts to boil, your sauce will thicken considerably. Once your noodles are to the softness you like (refer to your package instructions for the precise timing), pull the pot off the burner. Then add in your heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir until all combined. Then add the broccoli and chicken and stir. Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
