Description

Just a few ingredients make a delightful, creamy, chicken dinner that is perfect for the family, or just for two (with leftovers!) It has become our (my husband and I) “go to” meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 container (8 Oz.) Sour Cream

Preparation

Season chicken breasts according to taste with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. (Breasts can be either frozen or fresh). Place in the bottom of slow cooker. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and cream of cheddar cheese soup. Pour over chicken in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add sour cream just before serving.

I recommend serving this dish over a bed of rice.

Since it’s just my hubby and I, I only used the cream of chicken and cheddar soups and 2 chicken breasts. But it turned out pretty tasty. I served it over rice and we both thought it was de-lish.

We made this meal over the weekend. I did it alittle different because I was in the mood for a Bread Bowl from Panera Bread. After it was cooked I cut the chicken up and made rice, then added it to the crock pot for about 30 minutes. Then I put it all into a bread bowl. YUMMY! My hubby wants to make it again this weekend

I made this last Friday. I used frozen chicken breasts and threw everything in the crock pot that morning. It was great. I served it with mashed potatoes!
