Description

Tangy cheese, juicy chicken and crunchy broccoli all cozied up in a warm pizza pocket of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pre-made Or Refrigerated Pizza Crust, Ready To Bake
  • ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1-½ cup Chopped Broccoli Florets And Stems, Roasted Or Cooked With Your Preferred Method Until Slightly Crunchy
  • 1 cup Cubed Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F.

On a pizza stone or parchment paper-lined baking sheet, press dough into a 14-by-10-inch rectangle. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese down the middle running the entire length of the dough (leave about 1 inch at each end empty). Top evenly with broccoli, then chicken. Top with cheddar cheese.

Fold in the short sides of the dough, folding them in about 1 inch. Then fold the long sides over each other, overlapping them in the center. Pinch to seal. Carefully flip dough over so the seal is on the bottom. (If you’re nervous about this step, skip it. The stromboli just looks prettier with the seal on the bottom, but it’s not necessary).

Bake stromboli in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until crust is a deep golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
