Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Reduced Fat Buttermilk
  • ½ Tablespoons Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Powdered Mix
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Of Salt And Pepper
  • 2  Chicken Breasts
  • 2 slices Turkey Bacon
  • ½ cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Preparation

1. Combine the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, ranch powder, garlic powder and pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and cover with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

5. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, covering with all the yogurt mixture, and then topping with the grated cheese.
6. Bake until the chicken is no longer pink inside, about 20-25 minutes.
7. Crumble the cooked bacon on top and serve.
