Description

This chicken is ready in 30 minutes, healthy, hubby-approved and there’s bacon, ranch and cheesy goodness! It’s sure to be a hit in your house!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Reduced Fat Buttermilk
  • ½ Tablespoons Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Powdered Mix
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Of Salt And Pepper
  • 2  Chicken Breasts
  • 2 slices Turkey Bacon
  • ½ cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Preparation

1. Combine the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, ranch powder, garlic powder and pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and cover with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
4. Lightly spray a medium pan with cooking spray and heat on medium/high heat. Cook the bacon until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel and blot off any fat.
5. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, covering with all the yogurt mixture, and then topping with the grated cheese.
6. Bake until the chicken is no longer pink inside, about 20-25 minutes.
7. Crumble the cooked bacon on top and serve.
