I loved this meatloaf and so did my 2 year old so that’s a winner in our books!

Description
This is so easy and so delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 whole White Onion, Finely Chopped
- ⅔ cups Ketchup
- ⅔ cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 2 whole Eggs
- ½ cups Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1-½ pound Ground Chuck
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices Cubed American Cheese
Preparation
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix together well. Spray an 8×10 glass dish with cooking spray. Put meat mixture in the dish and shape with a high rounded dome. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160F.
