Description

Five ingredient recipe that is quick, easy, and full of flavor which can be on the table in less than 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cheese Ravioli
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest
  • 16 ounces, weight Frozen Peas
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

1) Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water

2) Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft (approx 3 minutes), stirring occasionally

3) Add frozen peas, reserved pasta water, lemon, salt and pepper. Cook until peas are heated through (approx 4 minutes).

4) Pour pea mixture over cooked ravioli and stir to combine.

5) Serve and enjoy!
