Description

Two old favorites team up to create one fantastic pizza!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PIZZA:
  • 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough, Store-Bought Or Homemade
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • ½ cups Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-¾ cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 40 slices Pepperoni
  • _____
  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 1 package Hearts Of Romaine Lettuce (3 Count)
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ⅓ cups Caesar Dressing
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees (F). Divide the pizza dough in half. Roll or stretch out each half and place on a well-oiled sheet tray. Brush each half lightly with olive oil. Cook for approximately 6 minutes. Remove from oven.

Top each crust with pizza sauce, grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella and pepperoni. Brush the crust edges with olive oil. Return to oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.

While the pizza cooks, prepare the Caesar salad topping. Combine chopped romaine, grated parmesan cheese, dressing and salt and pepper to taste.

Remove pizza from oven and allow to cool just slightly. Top each pizza with half the Caesar salad.
