Full chicken breast with the taste of a buffalo wing!
Mix hot sauce and melted butter. Pour into a plastic zip bag. Add pounded chicken breast and let sit in the fridge 20 – 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400F. Take chicken out, lay each one flat. Place a slice of cheese on top (you can substitute blue cheese or mozzarella). Roll up and use a toothpick to hold. Repeat with each pounded breast.
Place in a baking dish. Cover with foil. Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes or until juices are clear and chicken is done. Remove foil and broil 5 minutes.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery.
