Description

If you are a Buffalo-chicken-bleu cheese trio fan, you will love this pizza. And best of all, it’s lighter than regular!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Extra-Thin Pita Bread Pieces
  • 9 Tablespoons Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce (or Any Wings Sauce You Prefer), Divided
  • 2-¼ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Or As Needed
  • 2-½ cups Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
  • 6 Tablespoons Marzetti Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 3 stalks Celery Finely Chopped

Preparation

1. First, preheat your oven to 300-340°F (150-170°C).
2. Top each pita bread with 2 tablespoons of hot sauce or Buffalo sauce and spread evenly.
3. Top them with around 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese; spread evenly.
4. Top them with shredded chicken.
5. Drizzle each one with 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing.
6. Top each with 1 finely chopped celery stick.
7. Bake them for 15-20 minutes, depending on the crispiness level you prefer.
8. Drizzle an extra tablespoon of buffalo sauce on each pizza.

Note: If you don’t have any cooked chicken, you can throw (in a deep pot) 1 garlic clove, 2 chicken breasts (or 1 chicken breast and 2 thighs and legs, whatever) and cover with water. Let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until well cooked. Save chicken broth to make Chicken Buffalo Soup and save remaining chicken, too. You can even freeze it.
