Creamy cheese served with broccoli and chicken. A simple and fast recipe. If you have children who aren’t sure they like broccoli, then place frozen florets in the processor and pulse into small vaague pieces.
Melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Stir in soup and water or milk. Bring to a boil, add broccoli, mix together. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done.
You can serve the cheesy broccoli sauce over rice or noodles.
