Description

A fast and easy stovetop meal with pasta, tuna and veggies in a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bow Tie Pasta
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cups Light Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Leaves, Minced
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 can (5 Oz. Can) Flaked Light Tuna In Water, Drained

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add red pepper and garlic; saute for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (except tuna) and cook until sauce is bubbly and cheese has melted. Remove from heat and stir in pasta and tuna.
